All about Dad's

It's been a great weekend.  We are anxiously waiting our move date and trying to get all of our goodbyes in before we have to leave.  Bob and I are sad that we just got a new little nephew and now we have to leave.  It has been so wonderful to be around Darcie, Brent and now Nathan.  Brent is a great Dad and it was special to be able to spend yesterday saying goodbye to the three of them.

When we got down to Charlotte, we had an extra special surprise to find Grandma and Grandpa Longmire had come in for a visit!  What a wonderful treat to be able to spend a day with them and celebrate three amazing fathers.

Lily has been having a really hard time lately.  She is cutting her canines, is covered in diaper rash, and has DEFCON 1 separation anxiety.  The poor dear is just beside herself and her mother is exhausted.  It is a good thing that both she and I have this amazing man in our life!  Bob is our center and the rock of our family.  He is an incredible Daddy and has a heart bigger than most.  He is tender, committed, giving and above all an incredible man of God.
