Evie and the MLB

Spring Training is all the rage out here this time of year.  Ive never been one for baseball, but when my gym buddies took an outing to the Oakland A's game I didn't pass up the opportunity.  Evie came along to play with some other kids.

It was a great day.  The weather was perfect and Evie and her new found buds watched the bullpen players for long enough that the catcher threw each one of them a ball.

Needless to say Evie is not a full fledged baseball fan.  Great day at the Oakland As!

 

Massacre Falls

Its been a minute since our family went hiking.  I decided to make it happen when our ski trip was derailed by a sick Memaw and Papa.  I found this amazing hike and the weather was absolutely perfect for a Sunday morning adventure.

Massacre Falls is a spectacular hike and ended at this little waterfall that was beautiful and such a fun little find.

What can I say the kid loves water and adventure.

Any time spent outside is worth its weight in gold these days especially with the summer heat on the horizon.  Excited for more hiking in our future!
 

Gracie Lou

This puppy is the absolute BEST.

She's HUGE now and I love it.  She is so sweet and such a love.  She snuggles and never growls or bite....ever.  She is absolutely amazing and we LOVE our Gracie Lou.

 

Dinner with the Comics

Its been a hot minute since Bob and I actually dated.  Something about this season, yada yada.  We finally got out and bout the town and hit up a Comic  Restaurant that I had heard about.  

It was a bar and restaurant with all of the comic paraphernalia you could imagine.  They had a Star Wars area, Harry Potter area,  DC and Marvel room.  They had a Simpsons couch, HALO characters, and all sorts of great figurines.

The food was all cleverly named and the experience was so fun.  

 Great date night and Bob even met a Wookie!
