We are still buried in the Harry Potter books. Lily got this incredible lego set for her birthday last year. With over 6900 pieces this build was a doozy. It quickly was more than Lily could handle by herself so I took over and had an absolute BLAST building it.
The details in this build are incredible. From each of the Hogwarts classrooms to little touches here and there from every book. Having read all of the books I just loved each and every detail as it unfolded.
Every part of this castle was special, I loved slowly getting all of these gorgeous colorful windows in. The beauty of this castle just came alive with every bag. With 37 bags each one took about an hour. It was incredible!
I am so looking forward to finishing the books with the girls and going to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter. This story is so rich with lessons and relationships, good and evil. Its just amazing.
