Sun and Splashing

Life is attempting to get back to normal, but normal is going to be new.  There is just no doubt. Yes, things are opening, but it looks different, feels different, and there are more rules.  That's okay and as we navigate this new masked and sanitized world, I am SO grateful for the chances we have to still find joy in the things we love doing.

My girls got invited to go to Sunsplash for a small birthday party.  We were all so excited!  Miss C is a friend of Evie's from church and these 4 kids just had a wonderful time playing in the water at their favorite waterpark.

Yes, the place felt different.  All lifeguards were masked, many attractions were closed including the lazy river (boo), but these kids and us adults found so much fun to be had.  Honestly the experience was pretty great because the lines were short and there weren't that many people around.  Pros and cons!

The girls had so much fun together and we spent the entire day riding all that we could and swimming in the wave pool.  So excited to find our way back there this summer.
