Y'all, last year was a doozy. We all know it, felt it, and are honestly ready to move past it! We Longmires have been SO excited to get to the end of our summer and back to school. After changing educational strategies multiple times last year and discovering new schools, we are so happy to be back at our place, Red Mountain Ranch Elementary, GO CHALLENGERS!
Back to school night was wonderful......and weird. Both of the girls equally shared in the sentiment that it felt new....like ALL new. They recognized some of their past friends, but so much has changed and every human around has been impacted by that thing we all don't want to talk about anymore.
I know without a doubt that they both are going to thrive this year even though the first few weeks may be a little wonky.
We are so excited for the first day of school and cannot wait to have a GREAT year with friends, teachers, and a school building!
Here's to 5th and 3rd grades!!!
