Life looks so different than it did 4 years go and yet I am so grateful for how life moves.
Our good friend Steve got Bob's old bike and has been loving riding it. We got to introduce him to our favorite Usery Loop the other day and I was grateful for 3 things:
1. Sharing our love of riding with a close friend is a gift.
2. Doing this exercise thing purely for the joy is amazing.
3. I still got it.
