K is for Kindergarten
Lily Grace is on her way!
She's headed to a brand new school
Nervous excitement marks the day.
Her teacher is Gretchen Rodeffer
And She'll be learning in Room 5
Red Mountain Ranch is where we'll watch
Our little Lily thrive.
She went so bold and bravely
No tears upon her face
She marked this chapter of her life
With courage, strength and grace.
This time in life is simply defined
By two words, Forward Motion.
The idea of a world so big
Is no longer just a notion.
She is going places, Lily is
And today was just a start
To Kindergarten and Beyond.
