I am deeply grateful for the women in my life, especially those I have the privilege of teaching yoga alongside. We took a small group of us to the top of Brown Mountain for a little tai chi yoga and chatting. Such a sweet afternoon.

Evie makes a Move!
Evie started this new year at a brand new school. The American Leadership Academy is getting one new 7th grader! We are excited to watch Evie move into this new opportunity to make friends and find her path.
